The reason why Ki Sung-yueng (FC Seoul) continues to train is a challenge to prejudice.

You have to follow the atmosphere and luck. You need to match many things to win. Personally, it is more important to give the impression that Seoul can do it this year than to talk about winning. We need to get recognition from people around us. That's why I think the early flow of the season is important.

Q)It's been a long time since we did the first field training together?

Last year, I rested due to injury and increased my personal exercise in the winter. It continued to winter training. I trained a lot in Vietnam, but as I got older, the recovery speed was definitely difficult. If you do it alone, you can fill in the gaps, but if you do it together, you can create diversity. There are advantages and disadvantages, and it was good in that area, and compared to last year, the pace of building your body has increased. When playing in Europe, there were many cases where you could not properly perform off-season training. In the summer, there was a national team game, and then I joined my team. When I was abroad, I did it for about three weeks and started the season. Winter training in Korea is long, so it was difficult to stay in a hotel for a long time.
